I seem to have wound up with plenty of time to work on the mural next week, though Monday is a bit worrying, as I think I'm to look after the dog that day... Which means I can work in the morning I guess, but other than that, I seem to not be able to. Tuesday and Wednesday would mean I have to be home in time to take my mom to work, though I also work Wednesday, so that kind of works, and Friday, I can probably take the whole daytime until work. Now to just get some help for resizing, as it's kind of a pain to have to do myself. On that topic, they've also given me a key for the room, so I don't have to look for anyone to let me in all the time. Makes things easier, no?

I finished reading Battle Royale the other night, and I loved it. Such a good book. ♥ The movie on the other hand, while the acting was quite good, could have been longer. I don't like it when movies feel rushed, and besides, I can sit for a long time if I have to.

My new current book (that I started at the same time as about 5 others, months ago, but am determined to finish now): The Accidental Time Machine.

Thursday was my first day of classes, and they seem like they will be fun. I have to do logic studies on 10 newspaper articles throughout the term, and I also have to do a research project involving the observation of people in a certain environment. I'm not to sure what I want to do for sure on that one, and I need ideas by Thursday. I'm wondering if I can add food into it to just make it pleasant for me, because I already plan on bringing along Kenta.

Ah, on the topic of Kenta, I adore that I have Wi-Fi everywhere in the University pretty much. It makes it so much easier if I need information now.

Today was Free Ice Cream Day for the students of the University. I forgot until I went to buy my books. I got Heavenly Hash. ♥ Ah, textbooks are so expensive.

I should go to sleep. I think this is the latest I've stayed up all week.

And now for my request, and the main reason I am posting tonight/this morning/whatever: I'm looking for music that involves stars, and planets, and well, just space in general. I think it would be fun to paint with. I already play LET'S GO TO THE PLANETS while I paint right now...

I actually don't like photos of myself at all. Whether I have to have them taken or not, I'd much rather be taking a photo than being the subject. When I do see photos of myself, I feel really uncomfortable. I do feel a bit anxious when people post them though, just because I dislike it so much, but I end up saying, or feeling as though I can't help those kinds of things, so I just let it go. I won't link them or hide them other, I'll just not mention them at all.

I wore my hat today. I rarely wear hats outside of work, and actually only own one hat. I like my hat though. I'm thinking I might go to the hat shop and see what they have. I like the hats there. I also think I'm going to go to Build-A-Bear to get myself a birthday gift (screw age restrictions people seem to like to think there are to this). I'm tempted to continue with my theme, but I might break it in favour of something else I may have in mind. I will probably be over run with stuffed toys in the future. I should get a shelf for them, and my books, and my music collection (which should hopefully grow soon). Ah, I still wish I had some bloomers for Fuyuko, but in that case I would have to make them myself, and I fail hard at that.

Today I slept in until about 13:30. It was nice, as I normally work at 09:30 on Sundays.

Later on though, I went on a drive out of town to a gift shop along the road to Clear Lake, past the rest stop. I think it's called the Little Church Gift Shop. I stared at some knapped knives that used antler for the handles. They were very, very pretty. I didn't buy one though, instead I bought some skin cream made of bees wax, and some saskatoon syrup. We then travelled to Rivers to eat some Chinese food, which was very good indeed. The curry was good, as was the egg rolls (which were huge).

I need to get around to buying myself some chalk. Soon. I have sidewalk chalk, but that's so awkward to hold, though I'm attempted to assault the sidewalks in the park across the street with it. Ah, I just realized I have charchol.

I have now spent the past few days watching HSJ stuff. I've decided that I am probably going to ignore the singles prior to MNSB, as I tried liking those songs, and just can't. At all, and I like most music I hear (unless it's Justin Bieber or Miley). On another note, I kind of need a HSJ related icon.

On the next order of business. Fuck yeah! This made me happy, though my natural O.o with articles still applies until I see it in solid form. But still, *dances*.

List of random incidences at work while boss is on holidays for week so far (that I know of):
1 Receiving a phonecall from an unknown company saying they are coming to do work. Thank you head office for informing a change of company to deal with. It's so helpful.
2 A printer has decided to be stupid. it's been stupid for a week now, but now it's doubly stupid, with the ink being all weird. I'm just glad I know how to force the other printer to print stuff it's not supposed to.
3 Way to set off the alarm by accident people. Seriously, especially seeing as you're the one who set it off on me that one time. Ah, going to work at 11pm in my PJs (because I'm far to lazy to change, and the pants are plaid, so it's not so bad) is my idea of fun.
I haven't been informed of any happenings this fine Wednesday though, and I have this fine Thursday booked off, so if anything interesting happened, I won't know until Friday.

Supernatural finale tomorrow (technically today, but whatever). I've ignored all spoilers for this, primarily because I don't like spoilers in the form of typed word.

... I was supposed to look up classes for next regular term tonight but opted to go rollerblading instead. Shit... I need to sign up for some anthro, and possibly a language course, because I kind of want a minor in another language. The only options I have are French, German, Italian, or Spanish though. I'm thinking French would be the best choice. I kind of wish we had Mandarin classes, because it would be so helpful to me. For anthro though, I either would want to go into the forensics end or the applied anthropology end, so I should look into that. I don't want to be going into arch at all. Seems I should be taking artifact analysis though, which I will most likly. Ah, why did I take three years to decide this? I'm still young (though my face seems to say otherwise... My habits too apparenlty...), and it sounds funny to say that, but I look at these people my age in a rush, and while I feel slightly left behind, I realize I'm just going at my own pace and shouldn't worry about them at all. Because I forgot to sign up, I'm probably going to be on the waiting list for osteology now.

I've fallen into my summer sleeping habits again. This is somewhat not good, but I'm not going to let it bother me, seeing as I've finally developed the ability to wake up when I need to go to something earlier than the afternoon, and actually have been waking up a minute before my alarm goes off in those cases.

It's been a while, at least for me. I suppose this is what I get for distracting myself with other things. Actually, I don't even know why I'm saying it's been a while, though it may be because I haven't really been in this particular account often. That could be it.

I was semi-productive on the art front... By that I mean I sketched during my two classes today, though I seem to recall most of which was talked about, which means I should do it more often? I think it my increase my focus. Anyways, they've been posted to [livejournal.com profile] azurevanillasky at the following if you wish to look. I also posted three old pictures along with, but those in blue ink are done today, and quite randomly.
The following: face, blue blue, ohno satoshi, fish (the following is a test for the posting of it on something else as well, but that takes you to the individual posts).

I went to bed at four thirty in the morning last night, after writing an about eight page essay which was due today, but then he decided, oh no, if it's not done, don't worry. I present it on Thursday though, and I think I enjoy comparing things too much, such as randomly thinking that Use-Wear in lithic technology is similar to the Wear on the Sole of a Shoe, where it is going to happen, and you cannot stop it, but rather only adjust and fix it after the fact, and there is also no control over it. See, I pay attention in class. Oh, did I mention that I got up at quarter to eight, and have drifted asleep a grand total of three times today for a total of a minute each. It is currently quarter after two in the morning right now as well, and I'm just really starting to feel it, and I'm typing really, really fast right now. Ah, yay. Now that I think of it, it isn't "today" anymore. Whatever.

Creeping out those easy to creep out still continues to be very fun.

Our street needs to be fixed now mr. city people, though you probably won't do it. Hurry street, cave in some more! Maybe you'll get that life saving operation after you die!

We have new neighbours. They just moved in today. They are all guys, and around my age too. Yup, did I talk to them? Nope. I merely saw them in passing as I rushed off to the classes.

The Super Dogs are really, really annoying, and so much fun to mock. Especially the main announcer guy. Pedophile jokes are really easy to place on him, and while it is kind of mean, I don't care. It doesn't help that his suit looks like pajamas and they improperly use things like sequens, which should be left to the johnny'sprofessionals. Either way, I will continue to dislike the Super Dogs because I really don't like them, and wasn't all that fond of them as a kid as well. Ah, that might make me lame.

The Maou soundtrack makes good essay writing music. Or I just really love the soundtrack.

I haven't started writing fanfiction out of boredom... Not at all... I haven't written in story form for a while now that I think about it.

Why am I still up? 4am... Hey, that's a song title.

So, today I had a dentist checkup at 9.15am. I got to see the x-rays from the last time I was there. Wisdom teeth, you are unimpressive bastards... Why are you growing in sideways? This means I'll probably have to be put out when I get them removed. I don't like that plan at all. Either way, I have a referal sent to the person who will be removing them, so in the new year, they shall be gone. I swear, I'm going to meet all of the dental professionals here by the end of everything...

The Waters of Mars is on the tele this weekend. I love Space and their non-cutting, non-bleeping ways. They make me a very, very happy fan ever since CBC decided to not have Who anymore. I cannot wait for Saturday.

I slept pretty much the entire day after my appointment. First day I've gotten to do anything like that in a while. Couches are uncomfortable though. Especially when you have a chocolate lab lying on you... I kind of hurt a bit, but all is good.

I got my Intro to Socio-Cultural Anthro mark back today. I feel like this:
Photobucket
I got an A+. Sure, it isn't the most difficult class in the world, but my interest in something determines how well I try at anything, and as it happens, I really like Anthropology. Now to go through the hassle of switching my entire program set-up. Fun times had by all.

THIS is the greatest thing I have watched all day (mind, I haven't exactly been awake for it to begin with, except Wizards of Waverly Place *cough*). Noel and David on the same show! Hellz yes! I swear Catherine is drunk (which isn't exactly unusual for this show at all I don't think), but it's okay, and Bernard is awesome! Just so much awesome in one place. Not the greatest episode I may say (Barrowman has some awesome moments from the past, and I miss Simon Amstell so much), but hillarious none the less. Watch it! On that note, I need to catch up on this show, so after VS Arashi + Gackt, I think I will. :D

Kookaburra sitting on an electric wire/tears in his eyes and his pants on fire/ouch kookaburra ouch kookaburra/how hot your tail must be (The practical impossibility of a bird being bothered by an electric wire makes me giggle in relation to this song)

I haven't been able to sleep properly all week, and I don't exactly know why. I'm so tired during the day though, but at night I'm not at all. Ah, so frustrating this is!

I'm thinking of re-watching Den-O. )

I think I'm going to need a new iPod soon. Pichan is starting to get old in the sense there is a weird internal clicking sound, it takes a bit for a song to start playing, it isn't charging as well, and I want more space for stuff. Seems like I'll be getting a new one on friday then. :D

Anyways, I should sleep. See how that goes. Bye bye!

So, I went for my eye appointment. Apparently in two years, my eye sight has drastically changed, which is apparently a rare thing. Yay me... Either way, I picked out two pairs of glasses, both of which I must pay for on Friday (My poor money lost it's home...), but yay! So, two new pairs of glasses, and I might eventually get sunglass lenses in my current pair, because I love the frames too much. One pair of glasses will be better for work than the other, which is a nice thought. Either way, this is going to be nice.

My internet is being made of extreme fail, so I think I'm going to go watch something quickly and then go to bed. Yup. Get away from the internet seems like a plan.

Stargazing tomorrow. Yay!

Good Night Moon. :D

I'm really awake right now, and it's four in the morning. I think I'm going to try to sleep though.

I go away soon. Excited I am. I'm looking forward to going to Winnipeg, but tomorrow (which is today I suppose), I have to do laundry, pack my bags, watch Supernatural, and get my bio notes together as there is a test on Monday. How fun. Genetics and cell division though.

I was so awake I posted my puzzles to [livejournal.com profile] azurevanillasky. Oh Torchwood puzzles, how you were somehow fun to make. I might just end up making more puzzles for other stuff. Anyways, I'm going to continue re-organizing my posts in that journal, so if you've seen anything before and it is on your f-list, you can probably ignore it if you want. There might be new stuff, but not much. I'm also organizing my photobucket account, which is why I'm doing this.

I'm sad I'm going to miss the FFA on Friday. I'll have to read it when I return. I find it enjoyable to read, and hairdryers are full of laughs, even if they just about kill someone, and if you need a blanket with sleeves, you don't quite deserve a blanket.

Oh moodle, you confuse me. How I hate moodle.

I'm a go try sleep now though. Good night.

Good night.
