Computer Says No

Thanks to the lovely
mele_3_4, I have a meme to do. Yay!
A. List seven habits/quirks/facts about yourself.
B. Tag seven people to do the same.
C. Do not tag the person who tagged you or say that you tag "whoever wants to do it".
1. I have recently picked up a weird habit of trying to stand all of the coins on their slim sides at my computer deck. Right now I have one loonie, four pennies, one dime, one nickel, and two quarters like that. It's something my family seems to have picked up to make fun of me for as well now too. I was going to mention this today anyways.
2. I have a random dream to be ambidextrous in pretty much everything, so I tend to force my left hand to do stuff rather than my right. It was also my (first ever) New Years Resolution for 2009 to work on it.
3. Sometimes I'll completely stop talking and only answer through gestures and facial expressions. Totally not helpful at work at all I must say.
4. For the life of me, I couldn't spell the wordnessisarynecissarynecessary until very recently. By recently I mean around October. The real truth, I can only spell it about 25% of the time still.
5. I've wanted to be ginger for years. Since I was quite little, but I refuse to dye my hair (I used too when I was younger) despite hating it so very, very much. I've also had a fair bit of ginger friends in my life at random intervals.
6. I like Dolphins, while I don't really like water all that much. I don't understand my like of Dolphins. I think what happened was people assumed I liked Dolphins (I was that type I guess), and bought me dolphin stuff, so I've grown to like them I suppose (and rather quickly too, as this was all when I was young and I don't remember ever vocalizing about liking them, but whatever). I will also support Dolphin citizenship rights if the time does come (which may be soon as they are intellegent). They are quite amazing creatures.
7. On occasion while I am talking a lot (when I am, which doesn't always happen), it has been pointed out to me a few times that my accent has completely changed to a different country of origin. Apparently it goes to a weird irish/scottish combination. Personally I've noticed it once when I was alone, talking to myself.
I am tagging:
ssalamanderr,
tengwarsenna,
sadistic_dance,
pilkul_calpico,
bby,
colorfulkizuna,
irigon (so hard to choose people... I have such a small friends list.)
I should be going to bed now. I have a class at 8.30, but I figure it should be okay if I'm in bed by 3.00. Tomorrows going to be a bit weird though. Between my classes I have to go dry laundry as our dryer is still broken. That means I have to use the change on my desk. D:
I'm having a moment where I've been watching a bunch of stuff with Catherine Tate in it. Comedy stuff, because I think she's quite funny personally, though I hear there are those who don't at all. I like her characters, and despite it being January I watched her Christmas special. Why can't our Christmas specials be cool like this. Nan's Christmas Carol though is quite amusing, and I was pleased with Ben Miller and David Tennant as well.
This wasn't there yesterday...

Pshaw, spelling is for ovals or something.

Dolphins RULE!

I think I saw this on 20/20 once.

Date: 2010-01-12 07:54 pm (UTC)True. Normally I am not such a bad speller unless prompted, but that word is evil! Either way, I agree about spelling for other stuff.
I suppose. I don't really even like Flipper, but Dolphins are awesome (and will leave Earth one day).
Oh, I saw that episode. If it's the same one I saw, it was about brain damage and how they just naturally started talking in a different accent that wasn't their own after an accident or something.

Date: 2010-01-12 08:00 pm (UTC)There is spell check on the internet? I didn't even know this. I don't even use the LJ one.

Date: 2010-01-13 02:36 am (UTC)I google words all the time to see if they're spelled right. I think I'm right about 50% of the time XD
I don't really know Flipper well. Was he like Lassie but a dolphin?
Yes, I do believe that was the episode.

Date: 2010-01-13 05:35 am (UTC)Google toolbar is my friend. It's so helpful.
Uh, kind of. I don't quite remember. That was like 1996, so my memory is kind of fuzzy. It did star Elijah Wood though. *totally looked it up to get the year*
Yay! If only my memory was this good for class stuff.

I know what you mean~ I don't exactly remember how I talk before I moved here to Vegas but I'm sure because of that I have gained a bit of an accent. not distinct but I'm sure I do have one now ;P
thanks for tagging me~ haven't updated my journal for weeks (ah, the horror! @_@ lol) first meme of the year, yay! \m/

Date: 2010-01-17 02:50 pm (UTC)There are accents all over the place, and I find it fun personally to see what someone's is, so I'm sure yours most likely has changed. :D Either way, it's all fun.
