I fail. I didn't get to my drawing at all. I'd like to take the time to blame it on horribly addicting European business, and work, as well as my laziness. Laziness being the most important factor. Well, there is also the fact that I didn't quite know how to incorporate everything in, but now, thanks to Gotenks everything is solved. Now to find a good picture of how much reach Pikachu's arms have to the top of his head, and I'm golden. Going to watch Doctor Who first though, and will possibly edit this entry with something Who-ish, or not. We'll see.

Also, today I solved the mystery of the missing hat, and had a wonderful day full of singing along to the radio at work. ♫When I get older/I will be stronger/They'll call me freedom/Just like a waving flag♫

[EDIT] And I do add something Who-ish. This is for you, [livejournal.com profile] deadcamsi. My reaction... Behind a cut, yo~ )

... Typing off my handwritting just doesn't work... At all. I should write in reverse more, it's neater, and not exactly slower either. Just requires a mirror I suppose.

So, that phone call I got yesterday at work was apparently some weird scam person trying to get information to get our passwords and stuff like that. I think I made him angry too. Ah well, it was kind of amusing in that weird-situation-where-you-don't-know-what-the-fuck-is-going-on kind of way.

I love my iTunes and it's complete randomness. ♥ Carly Simon, woo!

My one co-worker absolutly adores Zoey Deschanel, and was playing her second CD as I drove her home. Ah, I'm so weak for cuteness, and she wrote a song on Orpheus and Persephone, which made my Greek mythology fangirl heart go all happy. Ah, why is she so cute?

There was a baby robin in our backyard today, and it's still there, but my dog was investigating. We got him away from it, and my mom got all worried that it was dead. I took a look at it, and it was only scared half to death. It was heaving quite heavily, and I felt bad for the poor thing, but I couldn't do anything for it (it's mother was around, and I don't think she would have been as understanding as the last robin's parents that I got to get out of the middle of the road). When we left, the parents relocated it to the other side of our yard. It still had it's down feathers, so it wasn't at flying age, so I'm wondering if the high power winds we're experiencing knocked it from it's nest.

I have the next two days off! I should probably start drawing out that picture tomorrow, seeing as I have the time. Now to decide on what to draw... On a similar note though, the mention of Love Vomit the other day in the RP did nothing good for my brain, but remind me of a certain terrible smelling painting... I can still smell it! Oh god!

[Added later] It's amusing me how all this Arashi reverse speak for the AU CMs has me wanting to write everything in reverse again. So much fun. ♥

Camping is fun. Well, somewhat I suppose, depending on who you are. Sadly though, my idea of hiking was completely gone due to rain, and bugs. I like bugs and all, but when they keep aiming for my face, it kind of ruins it. Either way, I spent my weekend playing cribbage (I win quite often, but the cards were not in my favour this weekend) and Sorry! (I didn't win once, but I suppose it's alright, I just wasn't winning things this weekend), and drawing. I did two drawings this weekend. Sadly though, the medium in which they were coloured/shaded in with are not my fortay at all (more of an argument that I need to go get myself some art chalk one of these days), and thus the one I will be possibly drawing again (or a different picture of him) and the other, another version is in the works. A front view, and not with pastel for colouring this time. I really do fail with pastel.

( Three RP related pictures )

( What I drew over my weekend )

My entire reaction to this weeks Doctor Who was, "She was in Jekyll! Woot!" That being said, it was quite the episode, and I look forward to next weekend.

I believe I may listen to flumpool as I sleep tonight, because I ♥ flumpool, and it was what I really wanted to listen to on the weekend, alas, I listened to Pichan while I slept rather than Kenta, because I worry about hitting Kenta in my sleep, or Kenta getting wet.

Thursday was my Grandma's birthday, which I was more than happy to miss. It seems odd I suppose, but I really can't stand going over there, plus when I did finally get there to pretty well get my family, they kept trying to talk me into eating cake... With pudding in the centre... I'm really not a cake eater, especially if there is any kind of filling, such as a jam, or pudding. There is also the fact I absolutly do not like icing unless I have made it myself (I've had bad reactions to icing in the past, and too much sugar is not my thing at all, and to be honest, if I have cake with nothing on the inside by means of filling, I will gladly scrape the icing off). Usually I eat most things given to me, but this, just no. The sight of cake is enough for me to walk away sometimes, the same with pie, and many other desserts.

Going through pages of fic to read those you've been reading takes a while it seems... I'm not looking forward to when I go away in June. Also, random question, should I book the 17th off? To give myself a day back home, and to generally have a very lame reason for it? >.>;

Everytime I listen to Panic! At The Disco lately, I get an image of Stocking!Jun in my head... It's about as bad as looking at Miga and thinking of Nino (because really, they look similar).

On one more note, I need to go through [livejournal.com profile] simple_robot one of these days, which is a project in itself. *sigh*

I hate my memory sometimes. There was some epic fail due to it today. I threw out something I needed, and then I remade it, but found out later that there was some extra stuff pre-made, which I had already knew about due to seeing if it was there earlier... Damn.

I'd really appreciate it if some people would stop going, "OMG! YOU SWORE!" whenever I do, because really, it's not that unusual (I think I brought this up a few entries or so ago as well). Most of the time I swear, I'm usually alone, or I mumble (apparenlty I mumble too much) it, so no one really hears me. Ah well, it's not anything to worry about really, it's just that reaction is a bit tiring to hear (because I swear I've been getting it every so often since grade nine, which was six/seven years ago).

I've been listing to Tegomasu a lot since the weekend, because I finally got around to watching their first concert DVD. Ah, why are they so adorable for completely different reasons. Ah, and I would really like NEWS to release something new soon (also known as the ending theme to TROUBLEMAN, because I like it a lot), because as much as I love them, all I end up listening to is Tegomasu songs, Koyashige songs, as well as LIAR, Sayaendou, weeeek, SNOW EXPRESS, Labirynth, and Koi no ABO particularly. I like the other songs, but for some reason, those songs cause amusement and entertainment for me in particular.

I managed to hurt both of my arms somewhat on Saturday while I was out... On a similar, and related note, I almost wiped out four times on my way to work due to the sidewalks sucking (who ever takes care of sidewalks and streets here fail, horribly, and there are many complaints that go to the city about it too), and me not paying complete attention to where I was skating.

Day four of the Memorial Cup is complete, and apparently we aren't made of as much fail as I thought. I was shocked, though my reaction was more along the lines of, "Someone fails more than us? The hell?". All we have to do it beat Calgary, and we are in the finals, but we have a record of being about equal to them in regular season, and then failing against them in the playoffs (seems I know more about how our hockey team does than I thought, which makes me feel weird, because I don't really care for hockey, though I still find it enjoyable to play, but not so much to watch). Actually, the only reason we're in the round robin finals is because we are hosting it.

I'm thinking Tegomasu is not the best background music for something I'm planning on writing out for tomorrow, but I don't want to change it! If I do change it, it'll end up my Ohno playlist being played though... Maybe changing for a bit isn't so bad. [Adds later...] I've definatly mentioned when I'm writing at the rp at some point, so it's not so much of a shock, but I can't stop thinking about it... I have a terrible mind.

I've started going through my pile of books again. Currently I'm at 40/84 books, in regards to those on my bookshelf, and I have about five of those 44 other books started. I'm going to focus on finishing Battle Royal, and Frankenstein first though, as the one is too awkward to lug around, and the other fits nicely in my bag, which makes me happy. Then I suppose I'll finish that Anne Rice novel, the one book about a time machine, and the one that seems to be about pirates or something so far.

I thought this was kind of amusing. SPN fangirl reactions to secondary characters. Primarily because I end up being in that group who wonders why we are supposedly supposed to hate them. *shrug*

[Random note] I will be away from Wednesday Morning to about Sunday Night, with possible random moments of being online mid-afternoon Wednesday, and mid-afternoon Thursday. Camping! Yay! Need to go buy a fishing license though.

A quick post before I take my dog for a run.

I was reading the newspaper yesterday (Ah, it feels weird to say this, because if it was a few years ago, or even last year, I wouldn't be, but lately I've been reading on occasion, but our local paper sucks, so), and there was an article about a recall of baby strollers because the handle comes off by itself. The only thing I could think of after that was some lady walking with the stroller down a hill, when the handle suddenly comes off, and the stroller shoots down the hill, into busy traffic, which all miss it, with the mother running behind it waving the handle wildly... I have terrible thoughts.

It's either today or the 25th, but I think it's today, which is my fifth year anniversary at my job. I was going to check before I left work today, but I forgot. Ah well. Either way, looking back, five years is a shit load of people in regards to coming and going as coworkers. But they do make for interesting examples of people, so who am I to complain.

I'm going to go camping this weekend! Yay! It's with a pop-up camper and all (I prefer tents and all the horribleness that come with them), but it's still exciting. Mind, my idea of camping lately is hiking (which doesn't happen nearly enough in my opinion, as I love it, but my family tends to prefer walks about instead... I should just go myself), sleeping (which I get a whole lot of banked in, and I do love the four o'clock afternoon naps I take there), failing at fishing (in all fairness, I am new to it, and have yet to catch something, though a fish stole my bait once, and half my bait another time), and reading (I should finish what's on my shelf sooner). I &heart; camping.

Random thinking back to when I was younger is fun, because I'm still an immature person. I was thinking of my Polly Pocket collection yesterday, and I realized something. All of my Polly Pockets were pretty much lesbians, mind the one guy, and the two twins (which were named after Castor and Pollux, the Gemini twins and the 'twin stars' of the Gemini constellation) I decided were guys and evil. I also made the bride one be an evil witch who went around murdering people and turning them into seals, teddy bears, horses, elephants, monkeys, polar bears, and cars. Ah, to be eight again, though the only thing stopping me from starting it up right now is the fact that they are all packed away.

Our local WHL hockey team is fail. I mean, I realize we are hosting the Memorial Cup and all, so I should be supporting you, but you people kind of fail... A lot. I can only seem to find myself to cheer for you because I support your #11 player because I went to elementary school with him, and he's generally a nice guy, who tries hard, and was the only reason you guys got goals in a few games. Mind, I also don't really like hockey, so I'm just kind of watching out of town people go about town, doing their thing, trying to guess which ones they are when they come into my work (which is really obvious in regards to whether or not they are wearing a jersey for their team).

Now to go outside! Yay for the weather being better than it was.

I feel like I've been neglecting the rp somewhat right now... I have been horribly distracted though, and trying to plot my next move, though that happens at work, because I don't really need to think to hard to do my work in the mornings.

I must remember to just ignore things involving Justin Bieber for a while now. When I hear anything regarding him, my brain breaks. Not in the good way either. I seriously cannot stand the kid a larger amount than most famous people. Stupid W5... On the other note, their documentary about the guy cheating people out of money, and burying the wrong people (while so very aware) in the wrong spots was very interesting, well, the amount I watched of it.

My hands are all sore and stuff. D: This means I can't paint or do such things right now (typing is alright though... Holding a pen or something, not so much)... Maybe later on tonight. I still have to add something to what I'm doing, but otherwise it's all cleaned up (and a few things changed here and there), and ready. The other thing is though, the paints I intend to use are kind of lol-worthy, but it should work. Should.
EDIT Finished painting. Now it needs to dry.

Because of that though, I think I'm going to clean up AVS a bit, now that I finally know how to properly use the scrapbook function... Or maybe it's because it's finally working properly for me, though it's not like I really tried before. It also means I can remove some stuff from photobucket, specifically the picture that keeps getting hits, but I don't know how... At all... It's posted somewhere I didn't post it, and I don't know where at all... This is worrying to me for some strange reason.

I worked all day today, and it worked out nicely for the most part. I worked with Goldie/Minor, which is always fun. He's such a weird kid, and I continued to have Jump in the Line stuck in my head, for two straight days... This is all Maru-players fault, and the couch dancing, and having me decide on the song. Though, I do suppose it was either that or Voodoo Child or I Can't Decide, oh, also, Starz In Their Eyes was also an option. It did get Oh Death out of my head though, although I do like that song quite a bit. Actually, I didn't mind having Jump in the Line stuck in my head. It made time go by faster, though at one point I was singing Eyes with Delight instead.

I need to get with it and watch the stuff on my computer... I watched Doctor Who last night, and I'm debating doing another re-watch, and I have the latest Supernatural episode from Thursday, as I opted out and did something, rather than sitting at home and watching it when it was on tele. I did though, book off this up coming Thursday to watch the season finale, because seriously, the only shows I actually watch on tele lately are Castle, The Big Bang Theory, Supernatural, and if I'm home, Doctor Who (which is gloriously unedited length wise now here, take that CBC).

Well, well. I'm posting at a reasonable time. Now that I think, this has been happening more lately, though not as much as I would like... It's not exactly opportune to post at 3/4 in the morning, when your entries take from somewhere between .5-2 hours to type up (because I have a horrible distraction rate).
