The Realm of the Rarely Witty

Most random occurance today: Being told my eyes are pretty. Really though, it was quite a random comment to hear, and yeah. On the topic of my eyes, there seems to be some debate as to what colour they are. Some people think they are green, some blue, some grey, and some hazel... There is a ring of each in my eyes though, so I'm not sure what's going on there. I think it has something to do with what ever I'm wearing at the time, or possibly the glasses I have on.

Cookies are quite delicious in moderation, and only sugar cookies are good in large doses. The rest are kind of disgusting.

Apparently there may be fish on Europa... Space Fish! You'd get a pretty nasty burn if you could figure out how to fish there though (which, seeing as how thick the ice is and all).

My computer insists on trying to restart. I'm not going to be up much longer, so if it could just wait, there would be no problem, no?

Right now, Ursa Major takes up the view from my room. Pretty. :D

So, Public Observing Night Part 2 went fairly well. It was saddly cloudy, and the worst part is the fact it cleared off at around nine. Ah well, I suppose it's alright. I do say though, paper and pens are apparently not safe around me, but some people seems to appreciate my random doodles as they were signing out. We ended with around 70 or so people, so that was good. A main problem though was there wasn't enough volunteers. Two of us aren't even Physics students, and there were maybe six of us, so we were stretched a bit thin. Kinks are still being worked out (such as red lighting on the stairs... I mentioned it a few weeks ago too). It was fun though. Much more enjoyable than actual work.

It seems I'm in the group painting the Physics and Astronomy Club Room over Christmas. I think I'm actually going to enjoy this though. Painting is quite fun, and it's not boring type painting either, which is nice. Also, there is tea and a bread maker.

I watched Hana Yori Dango Final tonight, finally I suppose as well. I love HYD way too much. It's all awesome and stuff. Yay!

So, Wednesday is going to be slightly busy. I think the picture I had planned to do by Thursday is going to have to wait if I don't get my essay done early. I could do my essay tomorrow night after work though, so I wouldn't have to worry about it Wednesday, and could then do the picture Wednesday night after the movie... Hrm.

(Why do I like this?) I haven't even seen the movie... Must add that to my watch list.

(This confused and weirded me out when I first watched it...) Then I realized what and who it is... *sigh* By that I'm talking about the guy in the make-up. Ai~n.

So, I currently work with three people from China, whom are awesome, and for some crazy reason two of them asked me to write down as many non-appropriate words from the english language possible. Why did I comply?! I just hope they use them apply them to the proper situations. Two of them have been here for five years, but I don't know about the other one, mind he's so young. XD Ah well, at least the only two words bleeped on British tele (is there an accent on the second 'e'?) after nine are on there. Still though. I <3 those three (and apparently there will be two more).

So, there is a star that is outside my window every night, and I'm thinking of tracking the shift it has each night by writing on my window. Thinking about it, that seems kind of boring... Damn... Ah hell, I'm okay with being boring. Mind, I find it interesting. I don't know then. XD Must go buy more window writers. Also, in my totally not paying attention, Ursa Major has now shifted to be 'behind' my house. :D

Need to write Yanomamo essay... Was going to write Thursday, but after being distracted by the moon and jupiter, and having a conversation with someone I only know as Indiana Jones, I didn't have the heart. I have all the stuff I need hi-lited, just need to put into essay wordy-ness. The sunset from the top of BU is quite interesting.

Come on cold weather! I'm ready!

The following contains an extention of a theory bouncing around [new] Doctor Who, Series 4. I was drifting in thought during my Galaxy & Universe Astronomy class (is thinking of majoring in Astronomy), and this is something I came up with.
