I actually don't like photos of myself at all. Whether I have to have them taken or not, I'd much rather be taking a photo than being the subject. When I do see photos of myself, I feel really uncomfortable. I do feel a bit anxious when people post them though, just because I dislike it so much, but I end up saying, or feeling as though I can't help those kinds of things, so I just let it go. I won't link them or hide them other, I'll just not mention them at all.

I wore my hat today. I rarely wear hats outside of work, and actually only own one hat. I like my hat though. I'm thinking I might go to the hat shop and see what they have. I like the hats there. I also think I'm going to go to Build-A-Bear to get myself a birthday gift (screw age restrictions people seem to like to think there are to this). I'm tempted to continue with my theme, but I might break it in favour of something else I may have in mind. I will probably be over run with stuffed toys in the future. I should get a shelf for them, and my books, and my music collection (which should hopefully grow soon). Ah, I still wish I had some bloomers for Fuyuko, but in that case I would have to make them myself, and I fail hard at that.

Today I slept in until about 13:30. It was nice, as I normally work at 09:30 on Sundays.

Later on though, I went on a drive out of town to a gift shop along the road to Clear Lake, past the rest stop. I think it's called the Little Church Gift Shop. I stared at some knapped knives that used antler for the handles. They were very, very pretty. I didn't buy one though, instead I bought some skin cream made of bees wax, and some saskatoon syrup. We then travelled to Rivers to eat some Chinese food, which was very good indeed. The curry was good, as was the egg rolls (which were huge).

I need to get around to buying myself some chalk. Soon. I have sidewalk chalk, but that's so awkward to hold, though I'm attempted to assault the sidewalks in the park across the street with it. Ah, I just realized I have charchol.

First off, I'm extremely slow or something. I've had my phone for two and a half years I believe, and I really am not a phone person, but that's no excuse. I just figured out that I can email myself from my phone... That makes this photo quite appropriate. I love how there was a vehicle parked at that parking meter when I took that picture. This means I can transfer my 30 second singing recordings, that I do when I'm bored and waiting, on my phone to my email now... YAY! My eh singing can be kept. XD The reason I even tried though was because of this, which the point of was to welcome back my co-worker from vacation, as I had to leave a note for her in the morning. Also, soup.

Five days of work done! Yay!

Ah, so there is a change of plans for my going away. Seems I'm leaving on Wednesday night now, rather than the Thursday morning. I'll be in Winnipeg until Sunday, and then I'll be camping from Sunday to Wednesday (at least), though the camping will possibly be extended until the Sunday, and I commute back and forth for work on the Friday-Sunday. I will be in town on the 17th though, as I have laundry to do, and other such things.

Honestly, I don't know how I feel about people finding out about my birthday coming up at the point when they try to guess my age, and they guess a really high number... I really do look older than I am, don't I? *sigh* The one asked in jest though, as he's heard my many complaints about this kind of thing.

Paint needs to come with more black and white. Seriously. Also, I need to actually go buy myself some chalk soon, as I kind of miss it, and it's messy, messy ways.

I have gotten the most favourites for something I've ever gotten on DA the other day. SIX! Woo! XD

I'm really liking Troubleman, well, as much as I've seen of it. Shige ♥

[Adds before she forgets] I'm not going to Ai-kon by the looks of things. T_T Actually I'm not as upset as I'm trying to make myself out to be. Sometimes things just don't work I suppose.

If there are werewolves, does that mean there are werehumans as well? So, then a wolf would turn into a human around and on a full moon, while the other wolves run around screaming "Don't get bit!", "Ahh! Human!", "Oh no! Run away!" Just a thought.

I saw Marc on Sunday, and I bought a hat. Lovely hat. I like wearing my hat. Happy hat is happy.

So, had a family dinner thing over the weekend, so I was in Virden all weekend. Actually, it was my grandpa's 80th birthday dinner and tea. I'll start from Friday I suppose.

Some parts interesting, some parts boring. )

I wish I has more money, mind most would be spent on clothes it seems.

How Do You Solve A Problem Like Maria? )

My fingers hurt from typing and such. I think I might go watch Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog now, and the leaving words from the Maria's.

Silence can be quite deafening. Very much so, yet why does it seem to bring a form of happiness?

So, got back from my little trip. I love playing the tourist. So much fun. Doesn't matter where I go, I'll just do it. Maybe it's because I did this quite often during trips for Racquetball as a child? Most likely. I took lots of pictures, and had a fair amount of fun, despite it being only Regina/Moose Jaw/Asessippi.

Also, how do people get homesick? I doubt I'll ever understand that. Mind you, I have seen people get room-sick, which was really on crack. I saw this one time when I was at a sleep-over (first and last) with a 'friend' named Kelsi B. This was a long time ago, and it was decided we would stay in an entirely different room in her house than her bedroom. Now, it was time to go to sleep (very tired, yes), and she started to cry I do believe. Then we had to move to a different room. She also started to cry in that room, so eventually I was left in a different room and she to her bed room. This entire experience baffles me even to this day. It's your own house for crying out loud!

I actually want to go bad to Moose Jaw. I kind of liked it there.

Now, off to watch Eurovision.
